TrendFind is a swipe-based clothing and fashion discovery app. You swipe to like or save items, and we personalize a feed of clothing to match your taste. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
By creating an account or using TrendFind (the "App"), you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Throughout this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of TrendFind.
We aim to collect only what we need to run a personalized discovery app. The information we collect falls into three categories.

These providers are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us, under contractual obligations to protect it.
When you tap an item to shop, the App opens the retailer's or brand's website in an in-app browser. Once you leave the App and land on a third-party site, that site collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See Section 5.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TrendFind, our users, or the public. If the App is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
TrendFind helps you discover clothing; it does not sell it. When you tap an item, we open the retailer's website in an in-app browser so you can view or buy the product there.
Some links may be affiliate or commission links. This means that if you visit a retailer through TrendFind and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer at no additional cost to you. We are also transitioning some links to direct brand partnerships. Whether or not a link earns a commission does not change the price you pay.
Retailer and brand sites are operated independently. Any information you provide to them — including anything you enter to browse, register, or check out — is governed by their privacy policies and terms, not ours.
We keep your account information and swipe history for as long as your account is active, so we can maintain your saved items and keep personalizing your feed. You can delete your data at any time:
After deletion, we may retain limited information where we are legally required to, or in de-identified/aggregated form that can no longer be linked to you. Backups are purged on a rolling basis in the ordinary course of operations.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Authentication and data storage are handled through Supabase, and access to personal data is limited to what is needed to operate the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password confidential.
TrendFind is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We ask for a birth year at signup as an age gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@trendfind.app and we will take steps to delete it. Depending on your location, additional age-based protections may apply, and we will honor them where required.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@trendfind.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You will not be charged for exercising your rights in the ordinary course, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We and our service providers may store and process your information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy and applicable law, including relying on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of TrendFind after an update means you accept the revised policy.
