Welcome to TrendFind, a swipe-based clothing and fashion discovery app. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the operator of TrendFind ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of the TrendFind mobile app and related services (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using TrendFind, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TrendFind. We ask for a birth year at signup as an age gate. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
TrendFind is a discovery app. You swipe to like, save, or skip clothing and fashion items, and we personalize a feed to match your taste. When you tap an item, the App opens the relevant retailer's or brand's website in an in-app browser so you can view or buy the product there.
We may add, change, or remove features of the App at any time. We may also limit availability of the App or certain features in particular regions or to particular users.
Some links in TrendFind may be affiliate or commission links. If you visit a retailer through the App and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from that retailer at no additional cost to you. We are also transitioning some links to direct brand partnerships. This does not affect the price you pay, and it does not influence which items are safe or appropriate for you to buy — retailer pricing, availability, and product decisions are made by the retailer, not by us.
To use TrendFind you create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@trendfind.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms (see Section 9).
The TrendFind name, logo, app design, personalization technology, and original software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Product images, product descriptions, brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed in the App belong to their respective owners (the retailers and brands). They are shown to help you discover products and remain the property of those owners. Nothing in the App transfers any rights in that content to you, and their display does not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with those owners unless expressly stated.
IP and takedown requests: If you are a rights holder and believe that content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, or should be removed, please contact us at support@trendfind.app with a description of the content and your rights, and we will review and respond promptly.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TrendFind aggregates and displays product information from third-party retailers. We do not warrant that prices, availability, sizing, descriptions, images, or any other product information shown in the App are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Retailer data may be out of date, and items may be mispriced, changed, or sold out by the time you reach the retailer's site. Always confirm the price, availability, and details of any item directly on the retailer's website before purchasing. We are not responsible for the products, content, policies, or practices of any third-party retailer or brand.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TrendFind or its operator, and its officers, employees, agents, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App, any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer, or any reliance on product information shown in the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the App in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free app, may be zero) or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You may stop using TrendFind at any time. You can permanently delete your account and swipe history in the App by going to the Account tab and choosing Delete account, or by emailing support@trendfind.app (we aim to process emailed requests within 30 days). Deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the App. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of TrendFind after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App and may delete your account.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the App are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York to resolve any such dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the place where you live.
